Day 127
It is so nice to have great friends that look out for you. I am especially thankful for a few particular friends today. I wouldn't say that I am actively looking for a new job but it is definitely in the back of my mind at all times because of our current work situation. Danny would LOVE for me to get a job at the University of Alabama. He is practically obsessed with the idea.
A friend of mine that I work with sent me a message over the weekend telling me about a job opportunity working with her husband at the university. The job posting had actually closed but while they were talking about it they thought of me. He suggested I send him my resume and a cover letter and he would see what he could do about getting it through HR. It is great to know that I have friends that think of me.
